I have spent my career at the intersection of body, psyche and spirit.
Out of sheer necessity.
Sick baby. Sensitive child. Shy Teenager.
Depressed Young Adult.
But always bound and determined to understand life, the body, the universe, the evolution of consciousness, the spirit in all things.
And how I could use that feel more alive and vibrant.
Now, I work with highly perceptive women and men - deep feelers, sensitive entrepreneurs, artists, healers and leaders who want to do the same.
My work restores the capacity to stay with sensation, with uncertianty, with desire - long enough for aliveness to organize new possibilities for you.
BODYWORKER // Curator of Experience // Free Agent
Guiding sensitive visionaries to create, lead and love in intimate coherence with life
I envision the new leadership paradigm - where sensitivity is a intelligence, coherence is currency and the body is a sacred oracle.
Master lEvel practitioner
14 year apprenticeship with Wassim and Elisabeth Nehme and Dr. Pino Ferroni, Phd.
I learned how to embrace myself, the body and the body of others as sacred, and to gently attend to the places where love was interrupted.
CERTIFIED Alchemical Healing Practitioner Mentorship with Lori Dechar and benjamin FOx.
I learned to embrace the paradox of being endowed with the spirit of the elements and that new possibilities are always available through inner alchemy and embodiment.
I’m a Jersey girl at heart. I believe in direct truth, soulful irreverence, and that a well-placed f-bomb is a spiritual tool.
Also: my most sacred sensitivity? Helping people find the humor in all the heaviness.
Jumping on my adult-sized trampoline to reset my body and my brain.
Spacious calendars, intuitive rhythms, and sacred creative windows.
Order, beauty, and flow: in energy, in environments, in everything.
Meeting the moment with openness, curiosity, and compassion.
Humor that grounds, presence that soothes, and connection that’s real.
Overscheduling, hustle culture, or rushing through sacred moments.
Teaching people what to feel, I teach them how to feel.
Coaching that creates dependence instead of sovereignty.
Forcing sensitive people to shrink, shape-shift, or fit inside someone else’s box.
Treating sensitivity like a weakness to manage when it’s a mastery to embody.
