We became fast friends through the shared experience of being highly sensitive wellness practitioners during the pandemic and in the post - Hurricane Helene era in Asheville, NC.

With a shared reverence for the intelligence of the natural world + modern embodiment practices, we co-create workshops as sacred + embodied artistry.

Our combined 40+ years of study and practice span holistic bodywork, somatic education, life coaching, Chinese Medicine and embodied leadership.

This workshop has been a shared vision we’ve tended quietly for years - through conversation, practice, and our own lived inquiry.
