We became fast friends through the shared lived experience of being highly sensitive wellness practitioners during the pandemic and in the post - Hurricane Helene era in Asheville, NC - a very intense moment in our community.
What binds us is a deep love for Daoist Inner Alchemy, a shared reverence for the intelligence of the natural world, modern embodiment consciousness and Chinese Medicine as living, evolving technologies.
Our combined 40+ years of study and practice span holistic bodywork, somatic education, coaching, Chinese Medicine and embodied leadership.
